Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food? Can I bring my own cake?

Under normal conditions, of course, bring what you like.  However, currently, due to social distancing guildelines and in order to keep better control over the external vendors that enter our space, we are restricting external venders. We can also help you if you ask!  Do let us know in advance what you are planning on bringing so we can organize.

What should I do to book a party?

Call us up or email us. We require a NON REFUNDABLE $250 deposit to hold the date/ time, which will be applied towards your final payment the day of the party. No dates are guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.  The deposit is not refundable regardless of cancellation timing or circumstance.

Are parties private?

Yes. All parties and playdates are private on weekends.

What is the maximum number of children I can invite to my party?

For private parties you can add children to a grand total and absolute maximum of 45 children. A 20% service charge will be added to your bill for parties exceeding 25 children.

Please note maximum capacity in Small Group section in order to satisfy social distancing guidelines.

Can I adjust the price of the packages based on the number of kids?

We do not adjust the package prices to accommodate a fewer amount of children. We can certainly add children to your package for an additional fee.

Do you allow time for set-up/pick-up?

We allow 30 min previous to the party start for set-up and 30 minutes for pick-up after the party. Don’t worry, we will help you out. Note that we may have a party right after yours, so going over the pick-up allotted time carries additional fees.

Can we stay at POD 22 after the party is over to continue enjoying the amenities?

Unfortunately not. Other people may want to enjoy our facility or we may have another party reservation right after yours. Also, we need to clean up the space. 

Are guests required to wear socks?

All guests big and small are required to wear socks at POD 22. Don’t worry if one of your guests forgets. We sell socks on site for just $2.50 each.

READ BELOW IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

  • SATURDAY 9/26 (PM shift only) AND SUNDAY 9/27 (AM and PM shift). There are only two 2-hour Play Shifts Daily - either 11 AM - 1 PM or 3 PM - 5 PM
  • Pricing (does not include tax):
    1 Adult + 1 Child= $30
    Additional Child= $25
    Additional Adult= $15
  • Socks are required for adults and kids. Face coverings are required for adults. Temperature readings and health questionnaire required for admission
  • We need to keep our capacity level low. Therefore, reservations are strongly encouraged. Click here or below to reserve - first come first serve basis
  • The price of admission covers you for the 2-hour shift you signed up for. If you wish to come again at a later shift, you will be required an admission fee again.
  • Make sure you arrive on time. Admission will be prioritized to guests that show up. You could lose your reservation if you arrive up 30 min after the shift begins
  • Small celebrations with food and cake are NOT ALLOWED in Open Play format and require a prior Private Party reservation
